How long do your fragrances last on skin?

All Veigel fragrances are eau de parfum strength. Most wearers get a full day from a few sprays, though longevity varies with skin type, climate and the scent itself. The reviews on each product page are full of real-world reports.
How do the 2ml samples work?

Every Veigel fragrance is available as a 2ml spray sample, roughly 20 to 30 wears, with the exact same juice as the full bottle. Live with a scent before you commit. Prefer to try everything? The Sample Pack includes all nine Signature Line scents.
How does the Sample Pack's $40 credit work?

Every Sample Pack includes a $40 discount code as a thank you. Use it toward any full bottle purchase. Fall in love with one of the nine and the pack has paid for itself.
Where do you ship and how fast?

We ship Australia-wide, with complimentary shipping on orders over $160. Orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible and you will receive tracking by email. Full details are in our shipping policy.
What is your returns policy?

Because fragrance cannot be restocked once opened, we always recommend starting with a 2ml sample. That is exactly what they are for. For everything else, see our refund policy or get in touch using the form above.
Are your perfumes safe for sensitive skin?

Full ingredient lists are published on every product page, including naturals. If you are sensitive to specific ingredients, check there first, or send a message and we will happily go through a formula with you.
Can you make me a completely custom fragrance?

Yes. The Bespoke Perfume Creation service composes a one-of-a-kind fragrance around you: a consultation, three unique variations to sample, and a full bottle of the one you love. Your formula stays exclusive to you for five years.
When do limited editions drop?
