Only three commissions accepted each year
Composed by hand in Australia by founder Corey Veigel, using only the finest natural and synthetic materials in the world. The $500 commission fee reserves your place and begins the work. The full process, materials and pricing are detailed below.
The Atelier Commission
The Idea
Most perfume asks you to find yourself somewhere in a bottle that thousands of other people also wear. A commission works the other way around. We begin with you: the places you have loved, the materials that move you, the way you want to be remembered as you leave a room. From there I compose outward until the fragrance simply is you.
Because each commission takes real time and the rarest materials, I accept only three a year. That is a deliberate choice. It means the person who commissions a scent has my full attention, no rush, and a result that genuinely could not have been made for anyone else.
The Process
01 The Conversation
We begin with a long, personal consultation, by call or in writing, whichever you prefer. Scent memories, the materials you are drawn to, the people and places behind them. This is where your fragrance is really born.
02 The Composition
I retreat and begin composing. Where your scent calls for something rare or particular that I do not already hold, I source it especially for you. There is no clock on this stage. It takes as long as it takes to be right.
03 The Trials
You receive a considered set of trial compositions to live with on your own skin, over days, in your own life. We refine together until one of them stops feeling like a sample and starts feeling like yours.
04 The Unveiling
Your finished fragrance is hand-finished, named if you wish, and presented as a full bottle alongside the written formula. From this day it lives on file under your name, and can be reordered for life.
The Materials

I work without a house cap on what goes into a bottle. Precious naturals such as true oud, rare absolutes and aged resins sit alongside the most refined modern molecules, chosen only because they make your fragrance better. Exceptionally rare or specially-sourced materials are billed transparently at cost, so your scent is never compromised by what happened to be on my shelf.

The commission fee is non-refundable, as it reserves one of only three places each year and pays for the consultation and composition time set aside for you.
For Life
Once your formula exists, it never has to be created again. Whenever you run low, whether next year or in ten years, your fragrance can be reordered exactly as it was. A commission is not a single bottle. It is a scent that becomes part of how people remember you, kept ready for whenever you want it.
Questions
How long does it take?
Typically six to ten weeks, sometimes longer. The process is deliberately unhurried. With only three commissions a year, yours is never rushed to make room for the next.
Why only three a year?
Because this level of attention and material quality cannot be produced at volume. Limiting it protects the time each commission deserves, and means yours is genuinely rare.
What if I want something you do not stock?
Then I source it. The whole point of a commission is that the fragrance leads and the materials follow, not the other way around. Rare sourcing is billed at cost.
Can I reorder later?
Always. Your formula is held under your name and can be reordered for life at a reduced price, since the composition is already complete.
