Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via Australia Post MyPost Business. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
European Union (all 27 member states) Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days from dispatch.
Asia (Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, India) Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days from dispatch.
United States Estimated delivery: 10–18 business days from dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.
Duties & Taxes Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@veigelperfumes.com so we can investigate with Australia Post.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
