Refund policy

We want you to love your Veigel Perfumes purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:
– Unopened, unused products in original packaging
– Items that arrived damaged or defective
– Incorrect items sent in error

Because fragrance is a personal product, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is faulty or was damaged in transit. We recommend trying our $6 sample sprays before committing to a full bottle. That's exactly what they're designed for.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at info@veigelperfumes.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

If your return is approved:
– You cover return shipping to us
– We'll send the replacement or refund free of charge once we receive the item

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

BESPOKE / CUSTOM FRAGRANCES
Custom formulation orders are non-refundable once the sampling process has begun, as these are created uniquely for you.

GIFT CARDS & SALE ITEMS
Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
